The Inner Ramblings of Lauren

So, it's been about a month since my beloved cat Hunter died, and I decided that it's finally time to write out some memories I have of him. He was a great cat. So, when Hunter was a kitten, he was fairly mean. I mean, he was nice to me, but I don't think he was that nice to other people. I remember that he was always ready to attack. Even in the middle of the night, when he'd be sleeping with me on my bed, I'd make one small movement, and there he'd go, attacking my feet. We liked to joke that he was a vegetarian cat. There was one time he jumped on the table after dinner, and stuff had been left on the table, and he started stealing lettuce from my mom's plate. He also loved corn and peas. Any time we had a meal and corn was the vegetable, I'd call him over and give him some. I don't know what it was about corn and peas, but he loved them. After we got multiple cats, we started using the clumping litter, and Hunter hated it. Seriously, hated it. So...

Another season of So You Think You Can Dance has passed, which means, I got to go to another tour! This time, I went with my awesome older sister, Julie! It was amazing!! Julie and I went with a couple of her friends to the tour. The seats we had were literally, the second to last row. So we're sitting there, just talking before the show starts, and this girl comes up to the top asking if there's a group of two. She had tickets with her mom, but her mom found better seats a couple days before, and they had tried to sell the tickets, but couldn't, so now they were just trying to make someone's night. Julie and I weren't going to ditch her friends, but they were all, you guys should go, so we went with the girl and got to sit way closer. (Seriously, check out the seating chart. So, I was kindly reminded that I have a blog, and that I should write something. It has been nearly a year since I updated, so I suppose I should do something. Sadly, there's not too much excitement going on in my life currently. This summer I went to Orlando for my family reunion, and I got to go to the Harry Potter section of Universal Studios, which was, I might say, AMAZING. So realistic. I promise, pictures will be coming. I've had a very enjoyable time with my little sister in town this summer. She's a nut, but it definitely makes life more entertaining. I will be sad to have her leave in a few weeks, but I'm searching for jobs in Utah, so hopefully something will pan out. My best friend is a butt-faced miscreant and moved to Santa Fe, and left me alone. How kind of her. I understand, she misses where she went to college. I do too. (Thus, the searching for jobs. By the way, if anyone knows of anything in Utah, feel free to pass it along.) But it's still lame t...
